By accessing or using Alive Check, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Nature of the Service
Alive Check is a safety monitoring tool. While we strive for maximum reliability, the service depends on internet connectivity, third-party cloud providers, and email delivery systems. We cannot guarantee 100% notification delivery and should not be used as the sole method of emergency communication.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their emergency contacts' email addresses are correct and that their contacts are aware they may receive notifications from the service.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Alive Check be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to system failures or missed notifications.
